Yoga from my home to yours, to support you during these strange times

• A heartfelt offering to support your home yoga practice from Wednesday 19th of August until Sunday 20th September.
• Access to a bank of on demand yoga classes taught by Blair.
• New classes added throughout, with at least three new classes released each week in response to your feedback, to keep your practice fresh and relevant.
• Enjoy yin, flow, hatha and meditation classes with various themes and levels of experience.
• Classes range in time from short mini sessions to longer practices so that you can fit your yoga into your home schedule.
• Classes include: Heart Opening Flow, Sleepytime Yin, Morning Wriggle, Earthy Slow Flow, Breath Meditation and more.
• Classes will remain available for access at the completion of the offering, for the rest of 2020.
• As a member of the Dune Folk Online family you will gain access to our private facebook group where you can ask questions, connect with other dune folk and support each other.
