Class Styles

Kids Yoga: A wonderful option for young people to experience yoga in a fun, safe and encouraging environment. Kids sessions incorporate movement, breathing, games, relaxation and creative activities to help kids live joyfully and thrive.

Foundations: A great entry-level class where we go back to basics exploring the poses, breathing and a little yogic philosophy in a warm and welcoming environment. Great for beginners, those wishing to revisit the fundamentals of their practice or anyone returning to yoga following injury/illness.

Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic and playful class designed to build heat, strength, flexibility and to enhance energy flow throughout the body.

Vinyasa Flow +: A 75 minute dynamic vinyasa class with all of the benefits of vinyasa flow, but where the extra time enables us to work more deeply into the body and advanced poses.

Mellow Flow: A slower flowing form of yoga that involves moving mindfully between poses linking them intentionally to the smooth flowing breath.

Yin Restore: A more meditative and therapeutic style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time to work deeply into the body to create balance and harmony throughout the system.
